Reservation Deposit: A deposit in
the amount of 50% of the rental fee is required and must be received
prior to confirmation of a reservation. This deposit is due within 10
days from the date of reservation.
Balance of Payment: The balance of the
rental fee is due no less than 30 days prior to check-in by
personal check, cashier's check, money order or cash ONLY. If
reservation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in, full
payment by money order, cashier's check or money order is due when
making the reservation.

Upon Arrival: Please check the house
upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that the house is clean and
undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please report
any discrepancies immediately to insure that the problem is resolved
and that you will not be held responsible. You should call 843/281-9215
and speak with Hew or Janet Rivera.
In-House Maintenance: Should mechanical
breakdowns occur or maintenance be necessary, you may call the
telephone number above. In order to make timely repairs or inspection,
owner shall have the right to enter the property at reasonable hours.
If a service call is made and entry refused, renter will be held liable
for service call fee.
Telephone: The house telephone is
equipped with a toll restriction, which prevents anyone from dialing
long distance. Long distance calls can be made by use of a personal
phone card. The house telephone number will be given to the renter at
time of reservation.
Groups & House Parties: WARNING-We
rent only to families and responsible adults. We do not rent to house
parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high
school graduation, spring breakers, or other non-family groups to be
determined at the sole discretion of the owners of Southern Comfort.
Any violation will result in termination without refund.
Departure Cleaning: We provide departure
cleaning for $75. We ask that you take out the trash and wash and put
away the
dishes. Fee: $75
Recycle Day: Thursday (early AM).
Recyclables include glass, plastic containers, aluminum cans and
newspaper. Please put the green recycle bin at the street.
Trash Pickup:All trash should be bagged
and placed in the outside plastic trash can and brought to the street
for early morning pickup Wednesday and Saturday.
Damages: Renter incurs ALL cost
of repairs.
Lost keys: $5.00 per key.
Smoking: The owners request that there
is no smoking in the house.
Restrictions:No campers, trailers or
motor homes can be connected to property or property utilities per city
ordinance. No pets are allowed at any time.
